Shipping & Payment
We deliver dental equipment to UK mainland addresses. Delivery is calculated automatically at checkout, so you will always see the full cost before you pay.
Delivery charges
Delivery is charged once per product type in your order, not per item. For example, two stools cost £35 to deliver; a dental chair and a stool cost £150 + £35.

VAT at 20% is added to delivery charges, as it is to the equipment itself.
Where we deliver
We deliver to UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. If your postcode is in one of these areas, checkout will not offer a delivery option. Please contact us with any questions.
Delivery times
- Orders are normally dispatched within 3–4 working days.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Weekend delivery can be arranged at an extra cost. Please call us to arrange it.
Installation and warranty
Dental chairs and suction pumps must be installed by a manufacturer-trained engineer. The manufacturer's warranty is void unless proof of professional installation can be provided.
Our own manufacturer-trained engineers can install and commission your equipment for you. See dental equipment installation or ask us for a quote.
Payment and VAT
- Pay securely by credit or debit card at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
- Prices are shown excluding VAT, with the price including VAT alongside.
- VAT at 20% is shown as a separate line in your basket and at checkout.
Orders and cancellations
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not yet acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it.
We may cancel an order before it is dispatched, for example if:
- the item is out of stock or no longer available from the manufacturer;
- a price or product description on our website was wrong because of an error. In this case we will contact you first, and you can either go ahead at the correct price or cancel;
- we cannot deliver to your address;
- we cannot verify your payment, or we suspect the order is fraudulent;
- something outside our reasonable control prevents us from fulfilling it.
We may also decline or cancel an order for other reasons before dispatch.
If we cancel your order, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any payment in full to your original payment method.
